Are ANSR: light therapy devices safe?
Yes. ANSR: light devices utilize harmless LED (light-emitting diode) photolight. Although the light is intensely bright, it is neither a laser nor UV light, so it won’t burn your skin or eyes. As with any bright light source, staring into the LED lights for any length of time is not recommended.

How often should I use my ANSR: light therapy device?
Two treatments per day is recommended.
NOTE: For acne users a temporary breakout may occur as your skin is going to through a purging process. This commonly happens within 14 days of beginning light therapy use and is a sign that your skin is responding to the treatment. -
Are ANSR: light therapy devices for all skin types?
Yes. ANSR: light devices can be used on all skin types.

Can I use my ANSR: light therapy device on areas other than my face?
Yes. In addition to the face, ANSR: light therapy works great on areas including the back, shoulders and chest.

Can ANSR: light therapy devices be incorporated into spa treatments and other professional facial services?
Yes. ANSR: light therapy devices can be easily incorporated into many treatments including anti-aging and acne care facials, as well as facial waxing.

Should I hold my ANSR: light device in one place or move it around during treatment?
ANSR: light therapy devices are designed to be touching the skin. Place the lens in direct contact with your skin and gently move back and forth in a slow, patterned motion. Keep the light pressed gently to the skin without pulling or dragging.

What is the difference between clinical lasers used in medical clinics and ANSR: light therapy devices?
Clinical laser treatments utilize high-power lasers that may be overly aggressive, often creating redness and discomfort.
ANSR: light therapy devices use high intensity LED (light emitting diode) photo lights that are safe for in-home use. -
When can I expect to see results from my ANSR: light therapy device?
Many ANSR: users report visible positive results within the first four weeks of daily use. Rejuvenating one’s skin to even out tone, texture and fine lines often takes four or more weeks of consistent use. Results vary based on severity of skin condition and are also a function of consistent use.

I experienced temporary redness after my first treatment with my ANSR: light device. What is causing this?
Redness of the skin – or erythema – may occur temporarily due to increased circulation or mild blood flow to the treated areas.

Can I use my ANSR: light device if I am pregnant or nursing?
As with any treatment while pregnant or nursing, we recommend consulting your health care provider before beginning any light therapy treatment.

Can I use my ANSR: light therapy device if I am taking a prescription medication, anti-biotic or birth control pill?
If you are on any prescription medication, we recommend consulting your health care provider before beginning any light therapy treatment.

How can I purchase ANSR: products if I live outside of the U.S.?
ANSR: light therapy devices are available at many locations throughout the United States, however shipment to addresses outside of the U.S. is currently unavailable.

What should I do if my ANSR: light therapy device will not charge?
You should reset your ANSR: light device by doing the following: Press and hold the power button down until the light shuts off. This will take approximately 10 seconds. After releasing the power button, one white indicator light will come on briefly. This will cause the unit to re-enter IDLE mode. Recharge the device.

Do ANSR: products have a manufacturer’s warranty?
Your ANSR: product is warranted to be free from defect in material and workmanship for a period of one year under normal use, after its original purchase date. This warranty extends only to the original retail purchaser with original proof of purchase and only when purchased from an authorized ANSR: retailer.
