India represents a gateway for global exposure to Falabella for mature ecosystems, innovation, markets like U.S. and India.

As a key strategic platform for the group, the GCC drives building a digital ecosystem for the group leveraging its existing unmatched physical assets.

This has helped the GCC build its technology capability and maturity across their digital platform and successfully raising the technology bar within the Group.

The hybrid model also allowed Falabella India to hire the right kind of talent as they became attractive due to the nature of work being carried out of India.
