Shail Maniar leads ANSR’s business development efforts in India. His over 25 years of experience spans across engineering, consulting and delivery of large-scale technology applications and solutions. He has extensive experience in building and leading global technology teams across N. America, Europe and Asia. A result oriented and passionate leader with a proven track record of driving execution of product road-maps and consistent high performance and business value to customers. Previously Shail, was Head of Sabre AirVision Technology and GDC Site Leader in India. Shail has a master’s and bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Bombay and University of North Texas.
Jay Bhow leads ANSR’s client engagements in a Joint-Venture structure for developing and operating the India center for MNCs. His experience of over 25 years is in technology strategy & leadership, product engineering, management consulting and business operations. He has established a strong capability in development and management of enterprise software using wide variety of technologies. Previously Jay held leadership roles at Lithium Technologies, NetApp and Oracle. Jay has a Bachelor of Computer Engineering, University of South Florida.
Vivek Undale is responsible for business development, account management and partnerships at ANSR. Vivek brings over 27 years of experience in managing large engagements, business development, IT consulting and leading transformation programs. He comes with a deep understanding of technology and has built capabilities in emerging technologies, product management, product engineering, data engineering and AI, at scale. Previously, Vivek held senior leadership roles at Cognizant, Accenture and TCS. Vivek has an engineering degree in Information Technology from Bangalore University.
Smitha Hemmigae leads Marketing at ANSR. With over 17 years of experience, Smitha is a seasoned marketeer specialising in conducting domestic and international market research and developing comprehensive strategies to position services, IPs, and marketing to achieve targeted sales growth, while maintaining corporate and brand integrity. Previously Smitha has held leadership roles at ThoughtWorks, CSS Corp, Unisys, Infosys and Logica. Smitha has co-founded a platform called Your Philanthropy Story (YPS), to cover dynamic and innovative stories of philanthropy and is the co-trustee of my NGO called Belakoo Trust. She is part of the leadership team of Bangalore Chapter of Singularity University. Smitha has a degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Bangalore University.
Srikanth “Sri” Chakravarthy leads ANSR’s client engagements in Hyderabad and Bangalore and is responsible for ensuring excellent delivery across all service offerings. Sri’s 18 years of his career in the US spans across building and managing global technology and operations teams. Prior to ANSR, Sri worked at S&P Global for 20 years.
Sri has a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from PSG Tech and an executive program in management from IIM Calcutta.
Arvind Srinivasan leads ANSR’s client engagements, and drives the roadmap development and realization of their GCC/Global Business Services strategy. His 15 years of diverse experience spans across corporate strategy, program management, process transformation and operational excellence. Prior to ANSR, Arvind was a site management leader at Novo Nordisk where he helped the company grow its India GCC to over 2000 people across all functions. He has also previously held senior roles at KPMG and Wipro in the areas of Shared Services Consulting and Managed IT Services. Arvind has a degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering and an MBA from SP Jain School of Global Management.
Varun Verma leads the people consulting practice at ANSR. He is currently the GBO POT Workstream Lead – IKEA Group. His 27 years of experience spans across HR function, within IT/ITES, Consulting and Banking/NBFC organisations of varied scale, geographical reach and maturity curve of organisation lifecycle. He has lead country expansion (or consolidations) plans, regional (APAC and EMEA) and global roles (@ DB London HQ). Person with demonstrated history across the HR job family (and some even outside), though mostly excelling in developing Total Rewards strategy, Talent and Workforce planning, Business Partnering, Consulting/HR advisory, Outsourcing/M&A, Transformations, HR Governance and strategic projects. Previously, Varun has held leadership roles at Ensono, Deutsche Bank, HP and Aon. Varun has a Bachelor degree in commerce from Delhi University and diploma in computer science.
Anupam Pattanayak leads PMO and governance at ANSR. His 20 plus years of experience spans across Client facing roles, corporate development, strategic planning, organization re-structure and change, management consulting, P&L management, running enterprise program management offices within Government, Tier-1, Non-IT sectors and GCC setups. He has been instrumental in enhancing efficiency and productivity while cutting costs within organizations in verticals such as IT Product Development and Professional Services, Government, Defense, Manufacturing and Engineering services. Previously, Anupam held leadership roles at KPMG, Fair Issac Corporation, Mahindra Satyam among others. Anupam has a bachelor degree in Electronics and Telecom from Utkal University and holds an alumnus status from IIFT, New Delhi and IIM-C in international business and corporate strategy.
Sukumar Payala leads the HR Operations and Talent Management at ANSR. His 18 years of experience spans across multiple sectors ranging from Retail, Shared Services, and Technology in India, Europe and UK. His experience across the HR lifecycle includes – R Strategy, Greenfield Projects, HR change and transformation, L&D, Compensation & Benefits and Organizational design. Previously Sukumar held leadership roles at Tesco and America Online. Sukumar has a bachelor degree in Computer Science engineering from Gulbarga University and an a MBA from Bangalore University.
Sebastian Chandy is an employer branding and communications specialist at ANSR. He has 13 years of experience building teams, processes, and campaigns that solve brand challenges across employee experience touchpoints. He also has prior experience in the design and deployment of HR systems and processes. Before ANSR, Sebastian founded and led businesses in branding and technology – Filament and Commster Digital, which catered to his clients’ employer branding and communication, serving HR teams in employer brand discovery, articulation, and management. Sebastian has a bachelor degree in Electrical & Electronics engineering from PSG Tech and an MBA specializing in HR from XLRI.
Vikram Ahuja leads product and strategy at ANSR and is the a co-founder at Talent500, which helps the top 10% of engineering talent accelerate their careers with opportunities from Fortune500 companies and global industry leaders. Over his 13 years plus experience he has been a serial entrepreneur with a passion for using creativity to build and grow businesses across multiple domains. He was the founder of Byond Travel, Asia’s largest tours marketplace with 1M+ tours in over 80 countries Founding partner at Kyron, one of India’s leading start-up accelerators(acquired by Techstars in 2017) and Co-founder at Triperna, a Tiger Global backed, leading Online Travel company in the Middle-East and Cobone (acquired in early 2013). Vikram has a bachelors in computer science engineering from RVCE Bangalore and an MBA from IESE Business School.
Ashwin Kasturirangan leads strategy & operations at Talent500 by ANSR. Across his 10 plus years of experience he has executed complex cross-functional projects & scaling up businesses. He used to earlier lead corporate strategy at ANSR, which included strategic planning and launch of multiple new business lines. Prior to ANSR, Ashwin co-founded Gadzet, India’s first managed C2C marketplace for used electronics. Ashwin has a bachelors in computer science engineering from NIT Trichy and an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad.
Monica Jamwal leads talent acquisition at Talent500 by ANSR. Her 16+yrs of experience spans across talent consulting, talent acquisition, process design, talent branding and recruitment operations. In addition, she has strong experience at strategizing, designing, implementing & delivering large scale turnkey / green field recruitment projects in the areas of financial services & technology. Prior to joining ANSR, Monica held leadership roles at Quess Corp and Kelly Services India. Monica has a MBA in Human Resources and Marketing from Osmania University.
Devanshi Patel leads workspace design at ANSR. Her 22 plus years of experience spans across various facets of commercial design and project execution , showcasing in the creation of design & detail oriented workspaces. As part of this role, she works with all stakeholders to devise a strategy for growth of their workspaces in India while integrating their brand and culture to give an immersive experience to their employees. Before joining ANSR, Devanshi was leading the South India operations for US-based Interior Design company Nelson Planning & Design. Devanshi has a bachelors in computer science engineering, BFA in Interior Design and certified WELL AP.
Arshia Ladak leads workspace business at ANSR. Her 23 years of experience spans across product design, go to market strategy / execution and revenue generation across media, financial services and real estate industries. Previously Arshia was with the Phoenix Mills Limited for over 13 years and held leadership roles in the commercial and residential business verticals. In her last assignment with Phoenix, Arshia was the Business Head for Bangalore’s most awarded residences Phoenix One Bangalore West and Phoenix Kessaku that generated sales revenue of over INR 1600 crores. Arshia has a bachelors degree in commerce from Sydenham College, Mumbai, and holds a law degree from Mumbai University with a specialisation in labour law and taxation.
Ravi Reddy leads product and strategy for the workspace business at ANSR. Across his 6 plus years of experience, Ravi has been able to work with the CEO’s office and established product-driven operating models, developed pricing structures and created strategic roadmaps with the execution plans. At ANSR, he has led multiple strategic growth initiatives and was also part of consulting engagements with customers for developing the GCC business case and establishing the GCC in India. Prior to ANSR, Ravi has worked in Management Consulting with Accenture Strategy and in Investment Banking with Synergy Advisory across India, Middle East & Europe. Ravi has a bachelors in engineering from IIT Bombay and an MBA from IIM Calcutta. He is also a certified Financial Risk Manager.
Prashant Kukreti leads Workspace Operations teams at ANSR. Prashant has worked for 18+ years in Global Capability Centres (GCCs) leading teams across Business Operations, Enterprise Risk, Corporate Compliance and Workspace Safety. He has held diverse leadership roles in Fortune 100’ Technology, Retail & Consulting Companies working across multiple geographies. Prior to joining ANSR, Prashanti held leadership roles at Target and HP Enterprise. Prashant has a bachelors degree in Commerce from the University of Delhi and an advanced post graduate program in management from the Booth School of Business, University of Chicago.
Finance and HR
Pradeep Jagadeesan is the Business Finance Head in ANSR. Across his 17 plus years of experience, he has built functional domain expertise across Audit, Consulting, Controllership, Capital (RWA and Leverage), Treasury, FP&A and Change Management. Pradeep possesses strong leadership skills, people management skills and communication skills and has worked across Big 4s, Investment Banking, Semi-Conductor and Pharmaceutical industries. Prior to ANSR, Pradeep has worked with EY, KPMG and has held leadership positions at Credit Suisse, Qualcomm and Biocon. Pradeep is a certified Chartered Accountant (CA).
Manjiri Inamdar the General Counsel of ANSR responsible for all Legal, Secretarial, Compliance and Risk matters for the organisation. Her 15 + years of experience both in-house and from Tier 1 law firms spans across private equity, mergers & acquisitions, real estate and compliance. Prior to ANSR, Manjiri was the Head of the M&A and Corporate – Legal in Infosys and has been associated with Tier 1 law firms such as AZB& Partners and Wadia Ghandy & Co. Manjiri has a Bachelors’ Degree in Law from Symbiosis Law School and an MBA from Symbiosis institute of Business Management.
Lakshmi leads the global controllership and taxation function at ANSR. With over 12 years of experience, her expertise spans across financial reporting, compliances, tax, treasury, audit and assurance. Before ANSR, she was part of the Corporate Finance function at Target Corporation India and prior to that with Assurance wing of Price Waterhouse. Lakshmi has a Bachelors degree in Commerce (hons) from Delhi University and is a certified Chartered Accountant (CA).
Katarzyna (Kasia) Kern
Katarzyna (Kasia) Kern is the global head of Human Resources and Center Head for Poland at ANSR. She has over 18 years of business experience, working as HR Director in international and local companies in the industries as IT, retail, shared services centers, travel and tourism. She has been able to create HR strategies that align talent acquisition, development and retention of talent directly with the organization’s bottom line and strategic goals. Prior to joining ANSR, Kasia held senior HR roles at OTCF SA and Sabre Inc. Kasia holds a masters degree in Psychology and she is certified coach, business trainer, facilitator and also certified by Woohoo Inc first Chief Happiness Officer in Poland and expert in field of applying positive psychology into business. She is University lecturer on two Universities in Poland in field of practical aspects of psychology into business.
