Lalit is the founder and CEO of ANSR. Prior to founding ANSR, Lalit served as the CEO of several companies including Datamatics, LG Electronics and News Corporation (Star TV). Lalit was also Chairman and President of Target India.

Lalit started his career in the Indian Navy before retiring as a lieutenant commander. While in the Navy, he was head of the prestigious Naval Computer Applications Centre in Lonavla and Senior Engineer Officer of several warships.

Lalit earned his engineering degree from Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani, and MS in Computer Science from Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai.

Charlene heads ANSR’s global consulting practice. From her base in the US, she leads a team responsible for helping ANSR clients design and set up GCCs to achieve their strategic objectives. Prior to ANSR, Charlene held leadership roles in corporations such as Lowe’s, SunTrust Bank and Wells Fargo Bank, among others.

A trusted business advisor and hands-on leader, she has accumulated over 20 years' experience through her work at Fortune 100 companies across financial services and retail.

Charlene holds a bachelor’s in English from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and an advanced leadership certificate from Emory University.

Abhilash serves as ANSR’s Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for accelerating the company’s growth by building best-in-class financial systems and processes that drive operational excellence, profitability, and business efficiency. He oversees the accounting, business support, financial planning, treasury, tax, legal and investor relations functions at ANSR. Since joining ANSR in 2016, Abhilash has played a critical role in establishing and operating several ANSR GCCs and serves on the Boards of various ANSR subsidiaries and GCC entities.

Prior to ANSR, Abhilash was with Target Corporation, India, America Online (AOL), and Wipro. He has over 20 years' experience in corporate finance, including financial reporting, vendor management, sourcing and procurement, compliance, and taxation.

Abhilash received his Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from Sri Satya Sai Institute of Higher Learning.

Shekhar focuses on investing in early-stage SaaS and enterprise software companies. During his decade-long career at Accel, he has led first institutional investments into several companies such as Freshworks, Chargebee, Zenoti, Browserstack, FalconX, ANSR, and Cogoport among others.

Shekhar has over 25 years of experience in business and tech leadership roles across several start-ups and major corporations in the US. He holds a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota and a Master’s degree from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore.

Rohit is the Managing Partner at Evolvence India (EIF). Since joining EIF in 2006, he has represented the firm on the boards of Infra.Market, Rebel Foods, Dr. Mohan’s Diabetes Specialties Centre, Ujala Cygnus, ANSR, and Homelane.

Prior to joining EIF, Rohit was an analyst at Bond & Pecaro, a boutique US consulting firm with a niche focus on appraisals of media assets as a part of M&A in the broadcasting, print ans cable industries.

He graduated with a B.A. in Economics and International Affairs from George Washington University, Washington D.C., USA.
