Strategic Consulting Team
Charlene heads ANSR’s global consulting practice. From her base in the US, she leads a team responsible for helping ANSR clients design and set up GCCs to achieve their strategic objectives. Prior to ANSR, Charlene held leadership roles in corporations such as Lowe’s, SunTrust Bank and Wells Fargo Bank, among others.
A trusted business advisor and hands-on leader, she has accumulated over 20 years' experience through her work at Fortune 100 companies across financial services and retail.
Charlene holds a bachelor’s in English from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and an advanced leadership certificate from Emory University.
Patrick (“Rick”) Pirozak is a Managing Director, leading ANSR’s growth and expansion into the US market. Patrick is an executive-level leader with 32 years’ experience in solutioning and delivering engagements across four continents through leading worldwide teams.
Prior to ANSR, Patrick has worked for companies including Slalom, VirtusaPolaris, Razorfish, Cadence Design Systems and a few other boutique software and consulting firms. He has also explored solo entrepreneurial pursuits.
Patrick has an MBA from Questrom School of Business, Boston University and BS from Carnegie Mellon University.
Harry leads ANSR’s growth and expansion in the United Kingdom and key European markets. He is an executive-level consulting leader with over 20 years’ experience advising senior business and technology leaders in the UK, Europe, North America and the Middle East.
Prior to ANSR, Harry held senior roles at Deloitte, Capgemini, and Infosys Consulting, among other industry leaders.
Harry has a master’s degree in Management and Technology from the University of Sheffield and master’s degree in Computer Science from Staffordshire University. He is also a graduate of the Executive Coaching Programme at Henley Business School.
Rishav leads ANSR’s intake and design GCC offering for the clients and is a strategy & operations leader. He has over 11 years' experience across banking & financial services, startups, VCs, and management consulting.
Prior to ANSR, Rishav has led global expansion of tech companies, built products at scale, managed large scale global programs, devised go-to market & business development strategies, managed client relationships and advised clients all the way up to the CxO levels on range of topics such as global strategy, cost optimization, innovation, organization design and transformation, among others.
Rishav holds an MBA from the Tepper School of Business as well as an MS in Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, USA. He has also served as one of the directors on the Carnegie Mellon University’s Alumni Association Board.
