Project Manager

Summary

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to organize and coordinate programs. You will provide strategic guidance to teams and project managers and oversee the day to day progress of operations.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects
  • Decide on suitable strategies and objectives
  • Coordinate cross-project activities
  • Assume responsibility for the program’s people and vendors
  • Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI
  • Resolve projects’ higher scope issues
  • Ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients as committed
  • Identify and resolve operational and services related issues to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Facilitate meetings, calls, follow-ups and other communications with clients and management throughout the business project development and implementation stages.
  • Prepare reports for program directors
  • Work with business team in contract renewals, extensions, and scope change activities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Program Manager
  • Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
  • Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (Basecamp, MS Project etc.) is a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving ability

MBA with 7+ years of experience
