Rajat is the Vice President of Corporate Real Estate at ANSR, where he leads the strategy and execution of global capability center (GCC) workplace solutions. With extensive expertise in establishing robust Project Management Offices (PMO), Cost Management (CMO), digital delivery frameworks, and operational innovation, he ensures the seamless setup of enterprise-grade corporate spaces.
Prior to joining ANSR, Rajat headed the South India P&L for Turner & Townsend and served as a member of the India Board. His diverse background working across International Property Consultants (IPCs), top-tier developers, and Fortune 500 clients allows him to bring a highly balanced, strategic approach to workspace delivery. He worked with organization like JLL, C&W, Shobha Developer, Divyasree developer, Bhartiya City.
Rajat holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Agartala. He is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), driving transformational leadership and scalable growth across ANSR’s physical footprint.
