New Legal Entity
ANSR establishes a separate and distinct legal entity exclusively for the BOT team, ensuring a clear and well-defined operational structure. This legal entity serves as the solid foundation for all BOT operations, providing a robust framework for seamless execution.
Standardized GCC Playbook
Leveraging our comprehensive GCC Playbook, ANSR collaborates closely with the client to meticulously design and establish the BOT model in a manner akin to a client-owned GCC. This standardized approach ensures consistency and efficiency throughout the process.
Top-Tier Talent Recruitment
At ANSR, we take pride in recruiting top-notch, 'GCC-Grade' talent for the BOT. Every hiring decision- including compensation and benefits, is subject to client approval, ensuring complete alignment with your organization's goals and values.

Ownership Transfer
Upon conclusion of the contract, ANSR facilitates a smooth ownership transfer of the legal entity to the client, facilitating an effortless transition. This transfer incurs no fees, presenting a cost-effective solution, and all employees and assets are automatically transferred to the client, minimizing risk and ensuring a seamless handover.

- Design & develop BOT policies and infrastructure aligned with client requirements in a manner similar to traditional GCC. This ensures complete cultural integration with clients
- Client to interview (optional) and approve hiring of each individual including compensation levels
- BOT is an extension of the client team – Different location, same culture
- The BOT team reports to the client and works under the directions of client managers . Client has complete control over employees and IP
- BOT staff performance evaluation is as per client standards and benchmarks
- ANSR provides customized infrastructure, talent acquisition and operations support services to run the BOT
- Transfer BOT legal entity to client
- With this single-event transfer of ownership of BOT to the client, there is no impact on employees
- No transfer fee
