Sugata has 17 years’ experience spanning across talent consulting, acquisition, branding, process design, recruitment operations and supply COE setups. She has led multi-million dollar assignments with mature GCCs & start-ups in the areas of Retail, Financial Services, Aviation & Technology. She has strong experience in Talent Strategy, Design, Implementation & Execution.
Prior to joining ANSR, Sugata was the APAC HR Lead for Intralox L.L.C, based in Shanghai, and served as the Group Head HR for Photo Concierge pvt ltd and Nitesh Group of companies.
