Charlene Keeney
Partner
Charlene heads ANSR’s global consulting practice. From her base in the US, she leads a team responsible for helping ANSR clients design and set up GCCs to achieve their strategic objectives. Prior to ANSR, Charlene held leadership roles in corporations such as Lowe’s, SunTrust Bank and Wells Fargo Bank, among others.
A trusted business advisor and hands-on leader, she has accumulated over 20 years' experience through her work at Fortune 100 companies across financial services and retail.
Charlene holds a bachelor’s in English from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and an advanced leadership certificate from Emory University.
Neil D’Silva
Managing Director
Neil is a Managing Director at ANSR, leading corporate strategy, planning, and customer engagement for ANSR’s clients. He has over 20 years’ experience across banking & financial services, ITES, and management consulting.
Prior to ANSR, Neil held leadership roles in large enterprises such as Barclays Shared Services, KPMG Global Services, GE Capital among others. He has extensive experience setting up and scaling GCCs.
Neil has an MBA from Bombay University.
Eric Pagdiwalla
Managing Director
Eric is a Managing Director at ANSR, responsible for managing client relationships and advising them. Eric has over 22 years’ experience as a business leader and is passionate about building corporate cultures focused on customer centricity and innovation.
Prior to ANSR, Eric held leadership roles at the ascena Global Innovation Centre, Hewlett Packard and KPMG.
He has a post graduate diploma in Management from IIM, Lucknow, and an Electronics Engineering degree from Mumbai University.
