In addition, she has strong experience at strategizing, designing, implementing and delivering large scale green field recruitment projects in the areas of financial services and technology.

Prior to joining ANSR, Monica held leadership roles at Quess Corp and Kelly Services India.

She has an MBA in Human Resources and Marketing from Osmania University.
