Vikram is the co-founder and CEO of Talent500, which helps fast-growth businesses build and manage global teams via an AI-enabled platform.
A serial entrepreneur with over 16 years' experience, Vikram has experience in building and scaling technology ventures across travel and e-commerce. He also co-founded one of India’s earliest startup accelerators, Kyron (acquired by Techstars).
Vikram has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering from RVCE Bangalore and an MBA from IESE Business School.
Monica Jamwal is the Vice President of talent acquisition at Talent500 by ANSR. She has over 16 years' experience across talent consulting, talent acquisition, process design, talent branding and recruitment operations. In addition, she has strong experience at strategizing, designing, implementing and delivering large scale green field recruitment projects in the areas of financial services and technology.
Prior to joining ANSR, Monica held leadership roles at Quess Corp and Kelly Services India.
Sukumar Payala is an AVP, leading talent management at ANSR. His 20 years' experience spans across multiple sectors ranging from retail, shared services, and technology in India, Europe and UK. His experience across the HR lifecycle includes strategy, greenfield projects, HR change and transformation, L&D, compensation & benefits and organizational design.
Prior to ANSR, Sukumar held leadership roles at Tesco and America Online.
He has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science engineering from Gulbarga University and an MBA from Bangalore University.
Rahul leads the rewards practice at ANSR, developing strategies for ANSR’s clients to hire and retain the best talent. He has over 20 years’ experience across technology and engineering domains.
Prior to ANSR, Rahul wore multiple hats in HR across talent management, recruitment, digital transformation and learning & development in companies like AB InBev, Dell and Willis Towers Watson.
He has a bachelor's degree in Engineering and a master's in Industrial Engineering and Statistics.
