Managing Director
Partha is the Managing Director of ANSR’s Business Shared Services Team, overseeing the Finance, Procurement, IT Infrastructure Services Support, Workspace and HR Operations. He has over three decades’ experience in global roles spanning digital transformation, customer service, service delivery, and capability build-out.
Prior to joining ANSR, Partha held leadership positions at TVS Supply Chain Solutions, Tata Consultancy Services and Genpact. Over the last 15 years, he has worked with large, shared services, providing value-added services including Enterprise Services encompassing Finance, HR, Procurement and Sourcing capabilities. During his last role, he was key in setting up a Centre of Excellence for TVS Supply Chain Solution and its multiple entities spread over 30 countries.
Partha holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad, and a bachelor’s degree in engineering from National Institute of Technology, Durgapur. He is also a Certified Green Belt and has driven several process improvements projects for multinational organizations.
Nikhil Agarwal is AVP – Finance Controller, responsible for the finance tax and regulatory set up, advisory and operations delivery through Business Shared Services practice at ANSR. He has over 17 years’ experience in accounting, reporting, cash flow management, handling audits and compliances.
Prior to ANSR, Nikhil worked with PwC, Aircel and AXA Group managing finance & tax operations and strategic initiatives.
He is a certified Chartered Accountant (CA).
Shamic leads Business Shared Services (HR) for ANSR’s clients. He has over 20 years’ experience in managing business shared services across IT, ITES, and staffing organizations.
Prior to ANSR, Shamic has worked with Hewlett Packard Enterprise & Wipro. In his previous role, he was head of shared service for Adecco India. He has extensive experience setting up delivery centers.
He has a bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bangalore University and a master’s degree in Operations from Symbiosis Pune.
