Arul is a Senior Director at ANSR, leading client engagements in the design and setup of GCCs in India. With 15 years of experience advising CXOs globally, he specializes in solutioning and executing large client deals and has expertise in GCC design, shared services, organizational restructuring, business transformations, and digital transformations.
Prior to joining ANSR, Arul held leadership roles at Mercer, BCG, Accenture, KPMG, and Cognizant. He holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade and a Bachelor of Engineering from Panimalar Engineering College.
