Before joining ANSR, Leslie worked with teams across global footprints in industries such as engineering, manufacturing, financial services, and retail. She is known for her innovative talent strategies that drive sustainable, impactful change.
Leslie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Illinois and a Master’s degree in Human Resources from DePaul University.
