Prior to joining ANSR, Nita has held key roles at IBM, Ernst & Young, Tesco, Societe Generale, Oracle and Microland. With nearly 2 decades of HR leadership experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge in Talent Management, Organizational Design, Compensation & Benefits, Diversity & Inclusion, Employee Relations and Human Capital Consulting.
A certified Gallup Strengths Coach, Nita has an MBA in Human Resources from XLRI, Jamshedpur, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration & Economics from Wesleyan College, USA.
