Vishwanadh is the Head of Talent Acquisition Operations at ANSR. He has over 20 years’ experience in managing Talent Acquisition for Global Capability Centers.
Prior to joining ANSR, Vishwanadh has held leadership positions at Dun & Bradstreet India, AXISCADES, Wells Fargo, Bank of America Continuum Solutions and Deutsche Bank.
He holds a Post Graduate degree in General Management from IIM Bangalore, PhD in Artificial Intelligence in Human Resources, and an MBA from National Institute of Business Management (NIBM) Global.
