The company aspired to pioneer a center of innovation in India to disrupt the global restaurant industry through strategic digital transformation, ultimately amplifying operational efficiencies across its diverse portfolio of brands.

The Challenge

 
  • The end-to-end establishment of a Global Capability Center (GCC), from workspace leasing and set-up to talent acquisition, compliance, and facility management.
  • Hiring highly skilled talent across a wide range of technical skills (data engineering, data science, analytics, eCommerce, AI, platform engineering, and automation) without access to any recruitment infrastructure.

  • ANSR’s GCC SuperApp/End-to-end GCC setup support 

Delivering a comprehensive, end-to-end solution, the ANSR team undertook every aspect of setting up Inspire’s GCC in Hyderabad, India – from sourcing, recruiting, and engaging top-tier talent, to establishing tailored workspaces with integrated IT solutions. With a special focus on ensuring legal compliance, the team also provided governance and management support. 

In June 2023, Inspire Brands proudly launched its GCC in Hyderabad, marking a significant milestone. A standout feature of this initiative is the Innovation Lab, a dynamic hub that actively partners with start-ups to craft cutting-edge solutions across various domains, including productivity optimization, workforce management, loyalty programs, payment systems, and beyond.

  • Multi-channel sourcing + AI-powered screening

Leveraging our expansive Global Talent Network of 1.5 million global tech professionals across 200+ job boards, the ANSR team successfully built a talent pool curated to the GCC’s hiring needs. As the next step, we leveraged our AI fitment engine to rigorously screen and shortlist profiles based on 100s of parameters (technical skills, relevant educational background and work experience, soft skills), achieving an impressive 90% accuracy rate in candidate selection.

The GCC onboarded over 150 full-time employees in less than a year of operations, with plans to grow to 400+ by December 2024 and 500+ in 2025. Members of the Hyderabad GCC partner with colleagues globally to develop new capabilities across several areas, including data science, analytics, eCommerce, automation, cloud, and information security.
