Since 2014, the company has been leveraging the technical expertise of an India-based contractual team that was supporting each of its business units in product engineering and information technology. Following the success of this collaboration, Inovalon decided to convert these team members into full-time employees, establishing its largest single engineering office as part of this transition.

Deploying a single point, end-to-end GCC setup solution, the ANSR team provided multiple services ~ 

  • Delivering a Turnkey Tech Center: From finding and leasing the ideal workspace to enabling every inch with high-tech IT infrastructure, our team helped establish Inovalon’s India Development Center in Hyderabad. Our team designed a workspace that perfectly echoed the company headquarters’ ethos, culture, and brand identity.
  • Payroll, Taxation, and Benefits Management: Bringing Inovalon’s entire contractual workforce on the company’s payroll, our team streamlined tax deductions and built a workplace benefits offering that was aligned with India’s statutory requirements. 
  • Acquiring Tech Talent: Inovalon wanted to scale its 150-strong team to 360 full-time employees by mid-2023. Our talent acquisition team efficiently sourced, screened, and onboarded a large volume of highly skilled professionals across a wide range of tech skills. Using our proprietary AI-fitment tool to screen candidate profiles, we delivered an accuracy of 90% in the initial screening.
