In today’s corporate world, gender diversity isn’t just about HR policies; it’s a strategic imperative for innovation and success. While India’s tech industry has made progress, our recent survey of over 3000 women in tech highlights the stark differences between what organizations promise and the lived experiences of women in tech. Despite these challenges, GCCs stand out as pioneers, demonstrating a commitment to diversity and inclusion that sets a positive example for the industry.
The 11th edition of ANSR Leadership Forum (ALF) aims to discuss this disparity and explore ways to bridge the gap. We’ll delve into insights from our survey, exploring challenges and opportunities for change, including gender stereotyping and barriers in career advancement.
