Brian Hucks is the Principal Consultant in the People, Organization, and Culture practice at ANSR, where he leads consulting engagements and oversees product strategy. With over two decades of experience, Brian has built best-in-class employee development programs that align with organizational goals and succession planning.
Prior to joining ANSR, he held leadership positions at Wells Fargo, Wachovia Corp, and Bank of America, and also managed teams at Wells Fargo’s India GCC.
Brian holds a Master’s degree in Industrial /Organizational Psychology and Human Resource Management from Appalachian State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Psychology from Washington and Lee University.
