Lalit is the founder and CEO of ANSR. Prior to founding ANSR, Lalit served as the CEO of several companies including Datamatics, LG Electronics and News Corporation (Star TV). Lalit was also Chairman and President of Target India.

Lalit started his career in the Indian Navy before retiring as a lieutenant commander. While in the Navy, he was head of the prestigious Naval Computer Applications Centre in Lonavla and Senior Engineer Officer of several warships.

Lalit earned his engineering degree from Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani, and MS in Computer Science from Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai.

Vikram is the co-founder of ANSR and CEO of Talent500, which helps fast-growth businesses build and manage global teams via an AI-enabled platform.

A serial entrepreneur with over 18 years’ experience, Vikram has experience in building and scaling technology ventures across travel and e-commerce. He also co-founded one of India’s earliest startup accelerators, Kyron (acquired by Techstars).

Charlene heads ANSR’s global consulting practice. From her base in the US, she leads a team responsible for helping ANSR clients design and set up GCCs to achieve their strategic objectives. Prior to ANSR, Charlene held leadership roles in corporations such as Lowe’s, SunTrust Bank and Wells Fargo Bank, among others.

A trusted business advisor and hands-on leader, she has accumulated over 20 years’ experience through her work at Fortune 100 companies across financial services and retail.

Charlene holds a bachelor’s in English from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and an advanced leadership certificate from Emory University.

Abhilash Raghavan

Abhilash serves as ANSR’s Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for accelerating the company’s growth by building best-in-class financial systems and processes that drive operational excellence, profitability, and business efficiency. He oversees the accounting, business support, financial planning, treasury, tax, legal and investor relations functions at ANSR. Since joining ANSR in 2016, Abhilash has played a critical role in establishing and operating several ANSR GCCs and serves on the Boards of various ANSR subsidiaries and GCC entities.

Prior to ANSR, Abhilash was with Target Corporation, India, America Online (AOL), and Wipro. He has over 20 years’ experience in corporate finance, including financial reporting, vendor management, sourcing and procurement, compliance, and taxation.

Abhilash received his Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from Sri Satya Sai Institute of Higher Learning.

With over 19 years’ experience, Smitha is a seasoned marketer who has helped corporations achieve sales growth while maintaining brand integrity.

Smitha co-founded Your Philanthropy Story (YPS), a platform that covers inspirational stories on philanthropy, and is the co-trustee of a nonprofit, Belakoo Trust. She is also part of Bangalore Chapter of Singularity University’s leadership team.

Partha Banerjee

Partha is the Managing Director of ANSR’s Business Shared Services Team, overseeing the Finance, Procurement, IT Infrastructure Services Support, Workspace and HR Operations. He has over three decades’ experience in global roles spanning digital transformation, customer service, service delivery, and capability build-out.

Prior to joining ANSR, Partha held leadership positions at TVS Supply Chain Solutions, Tata Consultancy Services and Genpact. Over the last 15 years, he has worked with large, shared services, providing value-added services including Enterprise Services encompassing Finance, HR, Procurement and Sourcing capabilities. During his last role, he was key in setting up a Centre of Excellence for TVS Supply Chain Solution and its multiple entities spread over 30 countries.

Partha holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad, and a bachelor’s degree in engineering from National Institute of Technology, Durgapur. He is also a Certified Green Belt and has driven several process improvements projects for multinational organizations.

She has been a key member of the ANSR founding team since its inception in 2004. In her current role, Sharona organizes and prioritizes critical organizational issues and required information for the company to facilitate efficient decision making.

Prior to ANSR, Sharona worked at Target and Suntech Data Systems in similar roles.

At ANSR, he and his team focus on providing an immersive and experiential built environment to clients as a competitive advantage in achieving their business objectives.

Prior to joining ANSR, Aashish held several leadership positions at Colliers, Control Risks, and Cushman & Wakefield, among others. Over the last 17 years, he has developed real estate strategies and solutions for corporate occupiers across India and Asia Pacific.

Aashish holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from Sikkim Manipal University and graduate degrees in Law and Commerce from the University of Mumbai. He is also a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

Arvind is a seasoned Legal professional with over 15 years of leadership experience in in-house legal roles handling contracts, compliance, litigation/disputes, ER, and corporate secretarial matters. Prior to ANSR, Arvind worked for companies including, Northern Trust India, Maersk Global Services, Accenture, Target, and Capital One amongst others.

Prior to joining ANSR, he held leadership roles at Equiem/SpaceOS, InnoEnergy, Critigen, CH2M, Eltel Networks with responsibility across multiple European countries.

As an entrepreneur, he co-founded an IT start-up with a subscription-based model in mobility/logistics and scaled its operations.

Grzegorz holds a master’s degree in Power Systems from the University of Science and Technology AGH in Kraków and an MBA from National Louis University  – Chicago, Illinois.

He has over two decades’ experience in scaling and managing large operations in the areas of consulting, decision science, and operations in the US Healthcare (Payer, Provider, and PBM) and Life Insurance industries. 

Subu joins us from Providence Health Services where he was accountable for building and scaling GCC capabilities and GTM strategy for Providence India. Before Providence, Subu spent close to 13 years at UnitedHealth Group and Optum in various leadership roles both in the US and India.

Subu has an MBA from Hult International Business School, Boston, and specializes in Venture Capital from CSOM, Boston College. He completed his executive leadership program at ISB.

She brings 22+ years of diverse experience in the GCC/outsourcing industry. She has worked as an account manager, delivery, presales, and marketing leader in various industries like technology, pharmaceutical, banking & financial services, retail, and travel to name a few. 

Before ANSR, Renu was with Novartis where she was the Global Head for a Governance, Risk & Compliance function that spanned 100+ countries. Before Novartis, Renu worked with WNS, Genpact, CPA Global, and Infovision with marquee Fortune 500 clients where she has held leadership roles focusing on transformation, innovation, and building efficiencies to create value for her clients and organizations.

Renu has a degree in Marketing from the National Institute of Sales and is a BCom graduate from Delhi University.

Puneet Mathur

Prior to ANSR Puneet was with Johnson & Johnson (MedTech) where he was Analytics & Global Capability Center Head. Before J&J, Puneet held leadership roles at Target Corporation, Deloitte Consulting, and Maruti Suzuki, and has been a mentor to startups in the Data Science domain.

Puneet has a PhD in Quantitative Methods and an MBA in Operations Management.

She takes pride in creating and designing the roadmap for organisations looking at embarking on a digital transformation journey, while identifying digital insurgency tools and appropriate technology with a keen eye on business process understanding across all functions.

He has over 21 years’ experience in the real estate, facilities, projects, and fire safety domains leading various RE&F infra projects, transitions and contracts. He has executed various industry-first facilities digitization initiatives around energy management, transport operations and food services resulting in improved efficiencies, sustainability and safety.

Prior to ANSR, Ronald worked with Genpact, Wormald (Australia), Cognizant, CBRE at Microsoft and Novartis. He has a bachelor’s degree in statistics.

Ravi is part of the corporate development and strategy team at ANSR. Across his 7 plus years’ experience, Ravi has extensive experience in working with CXOs in establishing product-driven operating models, developing pricing structures and creating strategic roadmaps with the execution plans.

At ANSR, he leads multiple strategic growth initiatives, manages investor relations, supports business development activities and has delivered on key customer engagements for developing the GCC business case and establishing the centres in India.

Saroj serves as a subject matter expert (SME) who advises Fortune 500 companies and nimble enterprises on decisions related to talent branding in the local market. She often conducts extensive brand positioning workshops, helping organizations articulate their brand identity as they scale and attract top-tier talent. Her expertise extends to providing insights on social media communication and internal communications, ensuring a unified brand messaging both externally and internally.

Shekhar focuses on investing in early-stage SaaS and enterprise software companies. During his decade-long career at Accel, he has led first institutional investments into several companies such as Freshworks, Chargebee, Zenoti, Browserstack, FalconX, ANSR, and Cogoport among others.

Shekhar has over 25 years of experience in business and tech leadership roles across several start-ups and major corporations in the US. He holds a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota and a Master’s degree from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore.

Prior to joining EIF, Rohit was an analyst at Bond & Pecaro, a boutique US consulting firm with a niche focus on appraisals of media assets as a part of M&A in the broadcasting, print ans cable industries.
