Nancy is Director, Client Principal at ANSR. She partners with Fortune 500 clients to build and scale Global Capability Centers, driving transformation, efficiency, and long-term value. With almost 20 years of experience spanning GCCs, EdTech, Retail, and Shared Services, she brings deep expertise in strategic delivery, client engagement, and operational leadership.
Prior to ANSR, Nancy led operations, service delivery, and account strategy for the Canadian portfolio at the India GCC of Global University Systems, driving scale and alignment across global teams.
Nancy holds an Honours degree in Technology from Indraprastha University, Delhi, is PMP trained, and has completed advanced leadership and executive development programs with the Dale Carnegie Training Foundation. A trained Kathak artist with 21+ years of experience, she continues to mentor and perform globally.
