Nikhil Neelakantan

Nikhil is the head of talent acquisition operations at ANSR. He manages a portfolio of clients in Hyderabad and drives talent acquisition operations success.

Nikhil is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with over a decade and a half of experience in recruitment. He comes with extensive exposure in resource management, recruitment delivery & operations, and tech innovation in the talent space. 

Prior to joining ANSR, Nikhil has worked with Resource Solutions, Accenture and IBM.

Nikhil holds an engineering degree from Anna University and has an MBA from Mumbai Business School.
