Praveen Viswas
Managing Director – Legal
Praveen Viswas is the Managing Director – Legal at ANSR. He draws on more than two and a half decades of expertise in the In-House Legal field dealing with issues relating to Corporate Law, Employment Law, and Mergers and Acquisitions. He has managed complex cross-border transactions and has rendered advisory on strategic legal issues. His focus has been on the outsourcing industry and the legal implications surrounding it.
Prior to joining ANSR, Praveen was the General Counsel for Optum (India & The Philippines). He has held leadership roles in the IT/ITES and GCC industry namely Aditya Birla Minacs, Verizon, and Infosys. His extensive experience and expertise uniquely position him to provide knowledge to both the organization and clients.
Praveen holds a BA (L.L.B) Hons from NLSIU Bengaluru, an MBA from FMS Delhi, and an L.L.M from Fordham University School of Law NY.
