Rajeshree is the founder and Chief People Officer of Summit Consulting Services, now a part of ANSR. Before founding Summit, Rajeshree was the Director of HR for Asia and India at Extreme Networks, before which she served as the HR Head at Brocade and as an HR Business Partner at Aspect Software.
Bringing over 25 years of experience in building and leading HR functions across Engineering and R&D GCCs, Rajeshree specialises in leadership development, talent management, and HR program design, with a strategic focus on aligning people initiatives with business objectives.
An alumna of IIM Lucknow, Rajeshree holds an MBA in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Literature.
