Sharad is the Vice President of Products at ANSR. He leads the development and management of various internal and client facing digital platforms for ANSR.
Prior to ANSR, Sharad has held product leadership and engineering roles at IBM, Siemens, ArisGlobal and Tally. In his previous entrepreneurial stint, Sharad built hrEntries – a comprehensive employee lifecycle management platform, with adoption across India, US and Africa.
Sharad holds a BTech in Aerospace Engineering from IIT Madras and an MBA from University of California, Irvine.
