Having been part of the GCC industry in varying capacities, Shyjesh brings extensive expertise in business change, operating model setups, and workforce strategies at a global scale. His unique blend of cross-functional experience helps in large transformation programs that align priorities with overarching business objectives.
Shyjesh holds a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Rourkela, and a Master’s in Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
