Stefan VonZastrow
Senior Consultant
Stefan is a Consulting and Engagement Leader at ANSR. He brings more than thirty years of experience in management consulting and retail operations. Prior to joining ANSR, he held the roles of Enterprise Transformation Leader for the Ascena retail group and Giant Eagle where he led efforts to evolve operating model strategy. At both companies, he partnered with ANSR to establish GCCs spanning technology and operational functions. He now works closely with client leadership to define the objectives and financial rationale for their GCCs, as well as oversee their design and setup.
Stefan holds an MBA degree from the University of Michigan and bachelor’s degrees in economics and marketing from Miami University.
