Vivek Sharma

Vivek is the Vice President of Engineering at Talent500, spearheading the development and enhancement of the ANSR Talent Operating System, the company’s groundbreaking talent management platform.

He is a seasoned technology leader with over 18 years’ experience in driving innovation and growth in the  technology space. With over 6 years of product leadership experience in the HR Tech industry, Vivek brings a deep understanding of the unique needs and challenges faced by businesses in this domain.

Prior to joining Talent500, Vivek has held leadership positions at several prominent organizations, including the early-stage startup Nearbuy and the mid-stage SaaS firm Symphony Talent. 

He holds a degree in Metallurgical Engineering and Materials Science from IIT Bombay.
