Build Operate Transfer (BOT) Model
A transfer-ready model offering maximum flexibility, minimal risk
Our Build Operate Transfer(BOT) model is conceptually crafted to be ‘transfer-ready,’ ensuring a hassle-free and efficient transition of operations when the time is right for your organization. In contrast to the traditional BOT Model, ANSR’s BOT model places paramount importance on your enterprise’s talent, culture, and brand experience, ensuring they remain at the forefront of our approach rather than aligning them solely with the service providers. This strategic focus on BOT model guarantees a seamless and administratively efficient transfer process, minimizing disruptions and maximizing the potential for your business growth.
Our suite of end-to-end build operate and transfer products include sourcing, hiring and engaging the best talent; customized workspaces with integrated IT; providing compliance, governance and operational support.
We use our proven three-phased implementation approach using the BOT model to establish and support the GCC. Learn more with our curated build operate transfer insights and how it can benefit your business expansion strategy.
How build operate transfer works
New Legal Entity for BOT Model Outsourcing
ANSR establishes a separate and distinct legal entity exclusively for the BOT team, ensuring a clear and well-defined operational structure. This legal entity serves as the solid foundation for all BOT operations, providing a robust framework for seamless execution.
Standardized GCC Playbook
Leveraging our comprehensive GCC Playbook, ANSR collaborates closely with the client to meticulously design and establish the BOT model in a manner akin to a client-owned GCC. This standardized approach ensures consistency and efficiency throughout the build-operate-transfer process.
Top-Tier Talent Recruitment
At ANSR, we take pride in recruiting top-notch, 'GCC-Grade' talent for the BOT model. Every hiring decision- including compensation and benefits, is subject to client approval, ensuring complete alignment with your organization's goals and values.
Collaborative and Transparent Operation
ANSR engages closely with the client throughout the contract term. Our aim is to seamlessly integrate with your culture, policies, and processes, ensuring a unified approach towards shared objectives.
